OnPage Report Console

Navigating the Monitoring and Reporting Interface

This document explains how to navigate the main tabs of the monitoring and reporting interface, view alert metrics, search and export data, add notes to messages, and review account, group, and phone call activity for troubleshooting and reporting.

Step 1: Review Overall Alert Metrics on the Dashboard

From the Dashboard page, review the preexisting metrics displayed, such as how many alerts were sent today versus the same time yesterday, along with a pie chart of those alerts. Use this page for quick statistics and an overview of current alert activity.

Step 2: View and Filter Alerts in the Messages Tab

Navigate to the Messages tab to see all alerts that have come through the web portal.

In this tab:

  • Alerts are listed with the most recent at the top, going back in time.

  • Each entry shows:

    • OnPage ID the alert was sent to

    • Recipient name

    • When it was sent

    • When it was delivered

    • When it was read

    • Whether it was replied to

    • Whether it failed and when it failed

Use the filters and tools provided:

  • Search by date range, then click Apply.

  • Search by OnPage ID for individual messages.

  • Change the number of entries per page (e.g., to 100 per page).

  • Download the list as a spreadsheet (Excel).

Step 3: Add and Save Notes to a Message

To associate notes with a specific message:

  • Select the desired message and click Create Note.

  • Enter your note in the provided field, then scroll down and click Save.

The saved note will be stored with that message for future reference.

Download Messages

From the Messages tab, you can download message activity for the selected date range.

To download a more detailed report, click Download (with body).

The downloaded report can include:

  • Recipients
  • Message status
  • Message subject
  • Message body
  • Message attachments

Use this option when you need a more detailed record of message activity for reporting, auditing, or troubleshooting.

Step 4: View and Export the Account List

Go to the Accounts tab, then open the Account List.

In the Account List:

  • View all contacts in the account.

  • Export or print the list as:

    • CSV for Excel

    • PDF

    • Printed copy (to a physical printer)

  • Use the search function to find specific contacts within the list.

Step 5: Analyze Account Response Time

Open the Account Response Time view.

Here you can:

  • Copy and paste data, or export it to:

    • CSV for Excel

    • PDF

    • Printed copy

  • Search the data and filter by date range.

  • Review per-contact statistics, including:

    • Number of messages sent

    • Number of messages read

    • Percentage read

    • Minimum response time

    • Maximum response time

    • Average response time

Step 6: Review the Dispatcher List

Access the Dispatcher List.

This view shows:

  • All dispatchers in the account

  • Each dispatcher’s privileges

You can export or print this list as a CSV or PDF for documentation or review.

Step 7: Examine Group Activity and Load Distribution

Open the Group tab to see all groups in the account.

Select a specific group to drill down into its details.

Within a group:

  • View alerts associated with that group.

  • Export the alert list as CSV (Excel) or PDF.

  • Review the pie chart showing alert distribution among individuals in the group, which helps identify load balancing issues (e.g., one individual receiving the majority of alerts).

  • See the list of all people receiving alerts within that group.

Step 8: Review Phone Lines and Call Activity

Go to the Phone tab to see all dedicated lines and live call routing lines in your account.

Locate a live call routing line and click on it to view call details.

In the call list for that line:

  • Review all calls placed through the line.

  • Export the call list as CSV, Excel, or PDF.

  • Drill down into an individual call for troubleshooting.

In the call detail view, you can see:

  • Telco-level information used for troubleshooting

  • Call status events, such as:

    • Call initiated and connected (live call)

    • The callee answering and conversation start

    • Outbound hang up when the call is completed
