Overview
In OnPage, administrators are users who have access to the OnPage Web Console. There are two types of administrators: Super Administrators and Regular Administrators. Each administrator requires a license. However, if an administrator shares an email address with a contact, they will use the same license, avoiding the need for an additional license. You can edit administrators by accessing the settings menu item.

Types of Administrators
1. Super Administrator
- The Super Administrator has full control over the OnPage instance.
- This administrator is the only user who can access the Settings and Integrations sections.
- Each OnPage instance has only one Super Administrator.
2. Regular Administrator
- Regular Administrators do not have access to Settings or Integrations.
- Their access depends on the permissions granted by the Super Administrator.
- They can be given permissions to manage Contacts, On-Call Schedules, and Reports.
- Regular administrators are often referred to as dispatchers because they may be responsible for generating pages for contacts.
Licensing
- Each administrator requires a license.
- If an administrator’s email matches a contact, they will share the same license, preventing the need for multiple licenses for that user.

Additional Settings
View All Dispatchers Content
This setting allows the administrator to see all dispatchers’ content. You may want to restrict this if you have private information that could be sent via pages.
Can Select All Contacts Group
This setting grants permission to select all contacts in a group when sending a page. Restricting this can prevent accidental mass notifications that could result in spamming all contacts.
