Resetting a Forgotten OnPage Password

This document explains how to reset your OnPage password when you have forgotten it, using the “Forgot Password” option and a temporary password sent to your registered email address.

Step 1: Open the OnPage Login Screen

Navigate to the OnPage login page or open the OnPage app so you can access the login screen.

Step 2: Enter Your OnPage ID and Proceed

Type your OnPage ID in the appropriate field and click Next.

Step 3: Select the “Forgot Password” Option

On the next screen, click on Forgot Password to start the password recovery process.

Step 4: Provide Account Details and Request Recovery

Enter either the email address you used when creating your OnPage account or your OnPage ID in the provided field, then click Recover Password.

Step 5: Use the Temporary Password and Set a New One

Check your registered email inbox for a message from OnPage containing a temporary password. Use this temporary password to log in to your account, then follow the prompts to create and confirm a new password.
