Overview
OnPage provides multiple ways to send pages, ensuring critical messages are delivered promptly. Pages can be triggered via:
- Web Console (nps.onpage.com)
- Mobile Apps (OnPage for iOS and Android)
- APIs (Integrations with third-party tools)
- SMS
- Phone Calls
Additionally, OnPage offers dedicated lines that can be called to trigger pages.
Sending a Page via the Web Console
For this example, we will use the OnPage Web Console to send a page.
Steps to Send a Page
- Log in to the OnPage Web Console at nps.onpage.com.
- Navigate to the Dispatching tab.
- In the “To” field, select the recipient(s) from the available contacts.
- Enter a Subject for the page.
- Type your Message in the message field.
- (Optional) Select a Priority Level (e.g., HIGH for urgent messages).
- (Optional) Attach files by selecting “Choose a file to upload.”
- Click Send Page to dispatch the message.
Alternative Methods to Send a Page
1. Via Email
- Send an email to

. - The email subject and body will be included in the page.
2. Via Phone
- Dial 1-855-2-ONPAGE (266-7243) or one of the OnPage global access numbers.
- Follow the voice prompts to send a page.
3. Device-to-Device (OnPage App)
- Open the OnPage App on your mobile device.
- Select a contact and compose your message.
- Send the page directly to the recipient.
4. Using the OnPage API
- Integrate OnPage into your workflow using API endpoints.
- Automate paging from your applications and monitoring systems.
