Overview
The Sent Messages section in BlastIT provides a historical record of all messages sent through the system. This feature allows users to review past messages, track acknowledgments, and analyze engagement through visual charts.
Sent Messages List View
When viewing Sent Messages, you will see:
- A list of messages, including the subject and date/time sent.
- The list of Recipients who the message was sent to.
- Icons representing the delivery methods used, such as:
- Primary Email
- Secondary Email
- SMS
- Phone Call
- Icons that are highlighted indicate which methods were used for that specific message.
Message Details View
Clicking on a sent message provides additional details, including:
- Members who received the message
- Delivery methods used per member (if the member had the corresponding contact information at the time of sending).
- Acknowledgment timestamps for each method:
- If a member acknowledges the message, an acknowledgment timestamp (
ack) will appear next to the method used.
- If a member acknowledges the message, an acknowledgment timestamp (
Charts & Analytics
Sent Messages include charts that help visualize engagement:
- Acknowledgment Summary:
- Shows the number of acknowledged messages.
- Displays the percentage of members who have acknowledged the message.
- Replies Breakdown:
- Indicates the number of replies received.
- Helps assess member engagement beyond acknowledgments.
