Reports

Accessing Reports

To access reports within OnPage, navigate to the Reports Dashboard by clicking on the top menu in the OnPage console. From there, you will find a categorized list of available reports for easy navigation.


Available Reports

Below is a list of the different reports available within OnPage and an overview of what each report provides:

Dashboard Overview

  • High-level view of message statistics Year-To-Date (YTD).
  • Message counts, top responders, and number of messages by channel.
  • Real-time metrics: messages received today, yesterday, and total count.

Messages Report

  • Displays sent and received messages within a selected time frame.
  • Shows delivery status, read status, replies, and failures.
  • Search and filter messages by OPID, name, or subject.

Accounts List

  • Shows accounts with details such as OPID, email, phone number, and creation date.
  • Export options: CSV, Excel, PDF, and Print.

Accounts Response Time

  • Measures user response times to messages.
  • Displays read percentages, minimum & maximum read delay times, and averages.
  • Tracks efficiency in responding to messages.

Dispatchers List

  • Lists dispatchers and administrators along with their permissions.
  • Shows group memberships, contact details, and access levels.
  • Displays scheduling and assigned permissions for different channels.

Groups Overview

  • Lists all configured groups within OnPage.
  • Displays group names and member counts.
  • Helps in managing and tracking user groups easily.

Time Until Read – Group Reports

  • Tracks how long it takes for messages to be read in a specific group.
  • Provides escalation indexes and read delays.
  • Helps optimize message delivery and response efficiency.

Using Reports Effectively

  • Filtering Data: Customize reports using date ranges and other criteria.
  • Exporting Data: Export reports in various formats: CSV, Excel, and PDF.
  • Performance Insights: Analyze response times and message tracking to enhance communication efficiency.
