Initial Setup
ServiceNow Store
The OnPage Integration app is available for install from the ServiceNow app store. It can be access by visiting https://store.servicenow.com. Use the search to find OnPage and request the app using the provided instructions. Once installation has been complete, continue to the next step.
Select Application
Before continuing setup, you must change the current application to the OnPage Integration. Failure to do so may result in errors during setup and an inability to connect to your instance.
NOTE: If you see errors and warnings like those below, you will need to Run Setup again in the correct scope.
Run Guided Tour
If this is your first time setting up the OnPage Integration, use the Guided Tour to walk through the setup and connection to OnPage. To start the tour, search for OnPage in the Navigator and select “Run Setup” from the “Manage Integration” section.
This will take you to the Login Page and should start the Guided Tour.
If the Guided Tour does not start automatically, you will need to start it manually. Click on the Help icon at the top right, then choose Take a Tour.
NOTE: Do not attempt to setup the integration without using the guided tour. There are important steps in the tour which should not be missed. Failure to complete all items in the tour could impact your ability to send messages to OnPage and receive delivery status information in return.
